DISPATCH TIME
Your order will be dispatched 2-3 days after purchase from our HQ in Perth WA. Please note all orders are final and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before it is dispatched, including cancellations. Cancellations will incur a merchant fee.
RECEIVAL
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. We recommend using the Aus Post App to track and manage your delivery. In the app, you can:
- Set delivery preferences
- Track your package movements
- View your proof of delivery
- Authorise someone else to collect your package on your behalf at the Post Office
- Receive trusted notifications

- Standard Shipping $10.80
- Express Shipping $15.00 (AU) $22 (NZ)
- Express Shipping orders over $375 FREE
New Zealand - You can spend up to $1,000 NZD and not incur any duty on your order. GST is 15% and due on any order above $1,000 NZD along with an import entry transaction fee and MPI levy.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
Should your order be lost, stolen or damaged while in transit, Shipping Protection ensures you qualify for a replacement or refund. Shipping Protection is automatically added to your cart, but can be removed. Please note - if you choose not to opt in, we cannot guarantee compensation in the event of loss, theft or damage to your parcel during transit.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
By choosing 'Authority to Leave' you take responsibility should the order go missing after it has been marked as delivered. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
